Convenient location for shopping, everything within walking distance. Room wassuper clean and cozy. Staff was friendly and accommodating when I requested a late check-out.

Great location near the city center and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. Plus, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Our stay wasn't the best due to some issues with the room. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the main square. the rooms are tidy and decently priced. the restaurant has a good variety of dishes, such as the tasty and well-made chicken mole.
The service can be lacking at times, as some staff members seem to be unprofessional and pushy while attempting to collect payment.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near shopping areas and not far from local attractions. the restaurant had a nice selection of food that was both delicious and made with quality ingredients.
the waiting for a taxi was not pleasant as it was dark and I felt unsafe.
